To ensure your package is properly delivered and delivered within the time frames we advertise, please double check to make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and additional route information is critical to ensure timely delivery. If the ship-to address or other delivery information is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase we are not responsible for lost shipments.

We can ship to PO Boxes via yanwen.

In regards to international shipments, the items will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee is responsible for all duties and taxes related to the goods in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

PROCESSING TIME

In some cases an order can be subject to a processing time of up to 3 business days. Processing time can be unexpected and out of our control as the shipper. Processing time is described as a time that is separate and apart from the time it takes the item to reach its destination. If your order has a status of shipped but it has no other information provided as far as tracking updates then your package is in processing time.
